• Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees and delivery duties are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, flawed, or incorrect item, Sangtara will provide a 100% full refund or free replacement, including all shipping costs.

• Receive Approval & Address: Our team will verify your details and share the designated warehouse return address.

• Inspection & Settlement: Upon receiving and inspecting the package, your refund or replacement will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

5. Mandatory Policy Exceptions

Please note the following conditions where returns cannot be authorized:

• Items that show signs of wear, tailoring, fabric cutting, or washing will be returned to the customer.
• Clearance, final sale, or custom-tailored articles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless damaged upon arrival.
• Returns dispatched without prior approval from our customer team will not be processed.
